Shifts & Rotations
Work either with pre-defined shifts and shift rotations, or assign shifts ad-hoc to staff members. Manage shift roles and ensure a full crew where needed. Override individual shifts.
Concurrent absences
When checking and approving requests, we now show a list of concurrent absences, removing the need to check the calendar for overlapping absences.
Enhancements
- HR: Added a new calculation basis for holidays (hourly vs. daily).
- Roles: Added two new role templates (HR and Analytics)
- Roles: Added permissions to only see availability of staff (vs. absence details)
- Planner: In addition to right-clicking a time frame, holding Ctrl (Windows) or ⌃ control (Mac) also allows to add absences.
- Absence list: Added Excel export
Bugfixes
- Role modal: When deleting an entity and adding another item, the deleted entity would reappear.
- Staff: When updating a contact via vCard upload, the contact's updated data would not be shown until the page was refreshed.
- Project lists: Opening project calendar would not work on some pages.
- Users: Creating a new staff and assigning a user would not refresh the user's side bar until they logged out and back in.
- Time tracking overview: Cancelling an absence request would not refresh the overview, requiring a reload
- Workload: The booking row of a staff would not show the work/free days
