Features​

Shifts & Rotations Work either with pre-defined shifts and shift rotations, or assign shifts ad-hoc to staff members. Manage shift roles and ensure a full crew where needed. Override individual shifts.

Concurrent absences When checking and approving requests, we now show a list of concurrent absences, removing the need to check the calendar for overlapping absences.

Enhancements​

• HR: Added a new calculation basis for holidays (hourly vs. daily).
• Roles: Added two new role templates (HR and Analytics)
• Roles: Added permissions to only see availability of staff (vs. absence details)
• Planner: In addition to right-clicking a time frame, holding Ctrl (Windows) or ⌃ control (Mac) also allows to add absences.

Bugfixes​

• Role modal: When deleting an entity and adding another item, the deleted entity would reappear.
• Staff: When updating a contact via vCard upload, the contact's updated data would not be shown until the page was refreshed.
• Project lists: Opening project calendar would not work on some pages.
• Users: Creating a new staff and assigning a user would not refresh the user's side bar until they logged out and back in.
• Time tracking overview: Cancelling an absence request would not refresh the overview, requiring a reload
• Workload: The booking row of a staff would not show the work/free days

Features​

Storage Servers Track and manage storage servers, both on-premises and in the cloud. Automatically provision space by allocating new projects onto servers, and track both capacity and usage. Integrate in your environment using third-party tools or by leveraging our API.

Enhancements​

• Planner: Selecting time frames in vertical day view now works identical to regular planner
• Time tracking: Comments can now also be added when using the time tracking widget

Bugfixes​

• Planner: Right-click to add an absence would select one day more than intended
• Cost to Invoice: Fixed Service/Good description appearing in invoice (instead of text)

Features​

Pinning of resources in planner Resource rows can now temporarily be pinned to the top or bottom, allowing for easier planning.

Planner enhancements In addition to some slight visual improvements, new options allow you to work even better with the planner:

• The URL now reflects the planner type, date and the selected view, enabling you to easily share a link of what you're currently looking at
• The am/pm segmentation has been removed in favour of bi-hourly increments, allowing more control over booking times
• In vertical day view, optionally show all-day bookings in a separate top row
• In horizontal day view, switch the compression of non-business hours on and off as needed

• Planner: The month overview now exactly highlights the currently visible range
• Planner: Extending or moving bookings in day view or zoomed in in ∞ Continuous mode now allows to move bookings in hourly increments when holding down Alt (Windows) or ⌥ option (Mac) key while dragging
• Planner: Adjusted colour of collapsed bookings in dark mode
• Planner: Added additional zoom step to ∞ Continuous mode and Gantt charts

Bugfixes​

• Milestone planner: Fixed expand & collapse buttons not working (regression)
• Planner: Fixed selection of last date in month view
• Planner: In condensed mode, the overlay when dragging a time frame would sometimes be cropped off
• Planner: The drag indicators would not respect a 12-hour (vs. 24-hour) time display setting
• Planner: Deleting a booking via the modal would not update the planner
• Booking list: Changing to-dos or checking off goods/services would not update the list

Features​

Departments Set up departments and roles to organise staff and mirror company hierarchies.

Approval Workflows Multi-step approval workflows for holidays, absences and time tracking entries can be set up per department and role. Along with this feature, new notifications have been implemented, as well as an overview of all incoming requests to approve.

Enhancements​

• Loading speeds: We improved our already incredibly fast loading times by another ~10ms across all pages & requests
• Notification settings: Notification settings that don't apply to the user are now hidden, reducing visual clutter
• Time tracking: In the time tracking calendar, short entries now show the activity centered, enhancing visibility
• Holidays: Added a bar chart highlighting the amount of holidays taken & requested
• Absences: Added a list of totals by absence type
• Time tracking widget: Added optional booking link
• Cancellation invoices: Cancellations are now also compliant EU e-invoices
• Planner: Improved booking loading speeds when displaying staff
• Booking to Invoice: Added "select all" button
