# Synchronizing freispace with calendars

Synchronizing bookings from freispace can be especially useful for staff, resources and rooms/suites.

Clients opt to synchronise their editing facility's calendars with freispace's bookings. This way, a freelance editor may be able to access the bookings of the current workstation they are on, without the need of a freispace account.

You may synchronize any of the following.

| Page      | Description                                      |
| --------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Projects  | All bookings belonging to a project              |
| Sites     | All bookings belonging to a site                 |
| Rooms     | All bookings belonging to a suite/room           |
| Staff     | All bookings belonging to a staff member         |
| Resources | All bookings belonging to a resource             |
| Groups    | All bookings associated with the group's members |
